International Returns Eligibility Window
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to us within15 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
International Exchanges and Returns
Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of international shipping, we do not offer international exchanges at this time. However, you can still make a return, as long as it's received within 15 days of the original order shipment date!
Please note that you can initiate the Return process through our system but you will have to pay for the shipping to be returned to us.
Also Please note that there is a 10% Restocking fee for any returned items.
Also Please do not send back any Catalogs that were included in your shipment those are yours to keep.
Items Not Eligible for Store Credit
- All Items marked as final sale.
- All Custom Made items or custom color/fabric items.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- Returns sent back after 60 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Items Eligible for Store Credit Only
Returns received by Stop Staring! within the 60 days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
