Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, or once pay-pal payment has been received and cleared.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, not including holidays. Orders typically take day 1 business day (24 hours) to process and ship. Please note that we do close for most major holidays and will post clearly any closures in advance.

Domestic Shipping

  • Listed below are the domestic shipping methods we offer.
  • Please note that prices vary by location. UPS Ground time also varies by location, all other methods are guaranteed.
  • Note additional processing time to all deliveries (1-2 business days may depend on what time order was placed eg. orders placed after 12:00pm may not be processed until the following day).
  • These are estimates for shipment of one item, add $2-3 for each additional item.
  • For a More accurate Shipping Calculation please add the desired items to your cart and go to the checkout level enter your information and proceed to the shipping estimation.

UPS does not deliver to any PO box address, as this is our only domestic shipping method. Please note that prices may vary for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping

  • Please note that these are the estimated time and cost. It is traveling a far distance, so please be patient. The packages can sometimes get held up in customs when it arrives to your country, it is out of our control, and we are not responsible for this.
  • You may also be required to pay duty and or tax to customs depending on your countries policies. This is also out of our control and we are not responsible for this.
  • Important note on REFUSED DELIVERIES. By refusing a delivery, you are accepting full liability for a lost package. We highly recommend against refusing deliveries because they are not safe, and have absolutely no method of tracking. There is no guarantee that we will receive it, and we will not cancel your order/payment if it is not returned to us. Refused deliveries will also be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Holiday Closures

News Years Day Jan 1st, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas Day, Easter Monday, Independance Day, and Thanksgiving Day. Please check the holiday closure notices on the site for specific days and times that we will be closed.

Orders must be placed by 1pm PST to be processed within 24 hours (by next business day). If an order is placed after cut off time (1pm PST), it will take an additional business day. This is the policy for all orders placed, even rush shipments. If you are in dire need of a rush shipment, please call our office and we will see if it is possible to ship out that same day.

Payment Details

We accept all major credit cards American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Pay-pal. You must follow thru on your pay-pal payment. If you do not we will resend you an invoice. If your payment is not made, your order will be cancelled.

International Orders

Please note that when making a multi item purchase all international orders must ship complete.

If you wish to place an order for a PREORDER item please be aware that if you have other items that may be ready for shipment, your order will not ship until the PREORDER item is in stock.

So if you wish to have ready to ship items shipped please place a separate order for the PREORDER items so that we can process ready ship items immediately. if you have any questions please feel free to Contact Us 

Domestic Orders

All multiple item orders will ship complete providing all items on order are in stock. If any of your items are out of stock, we will notify you via email.

If your order contains a preorder item we ship in all in-stock items immediately, but there will be additional shipping and handling charges that will apply to each shipment. You do have the option of one single shipment for all your items. Please see the pre-order section for more details on this. Back order items can take 4-8 weeks for delivery.

You will receive an email when your order ships out with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges  "Start a Return Now"

Need to return your order? No Problem We will make it right! To qualify for a return, items must be received back to us within 7 days after receipt of your order. Your items must be sent back with original receipt from Stop Staring! in original wrapping, unworn, have all original tags attached, be buttoned/zipped and right side out.

Please read through our Returns Policy, and pick one of our 3 easy options. Here are your options:

Store Credit 

Receive a Stop Staring Gift Certificate for the amount of your return,  that you can use toward your next purchase, and use the supplied return label upon receiving your authorized return

  • From the day you receive your order you must ship it back to us within 7 days, to qualify for store credit.
  • Store credits and bonuses and are not redeemable for cash.

Exchange

Need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as the item is still in stock.

  • You also may exchange the item for a different item of equal or greater value. If the new item is of a greater value you will be required to pay the difference before we can ship you your exchange
  • Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (US) customers.
  • Exchanges are free  use the return shipping label we email you upon authorized return with your package.

Refund

Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a 10% Restocking fee and minus  the cost of the shipping label when you use our return shipping label upon approved authorized return.  The restocking fee and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total at the time your return is processed. Your refund will be applied to your original payment method minus the fees.

  • We can only issue a refund to the original payment method used, there are no exceptions.
  • Your items must be sent back with original receipt from Stop Staring! in original wrapping, unworn, have all original tags attached, be buttoned/zipped and right side out.
  • Upon approval of you Return request and you have been sent your return label you have 7 days to send us back your return. If the item has not been sent back to us within this time frame your return will only be eligible for store credit. and the store credit policy will then take effect.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit

    • All Items marked as final sale.
    • All Dresses Marked down to $75 or Under. 
    • All Custom Made items or custom color/fabric items.
    • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
    • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
    • Returns sent back after the 7 day window.
    • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Items Eligible for Store Credit Only

All Regular Priced Items are Eligible for Store Credit.

Damaged Items

Items returned Damaged, visibly worn or Missing Tags will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of the shipping label when using our return label shipping fee.

How do I return an item I received as a gift?

If you received an order from Stop Staring as a gift, you can still return it. We'll issue you a store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to your account. (No Refunds)!

What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?

Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
